An ex-gymnast, Jaime started practicing yoga 7 years ago as a means to distract her from an otherwise chaotic lifestyle. She eventually found stability on her mat and credits her practice to the amount of peace she has found within herself and throughout her life.
Her journey has taken her to several different parts of the world, including India, where she qualified as an Instructor in Ashtanga and Vinyasa. Her passion for travel and immersing herself into foreign cultures has confirmed her idea that the key to life is happiness (and regular savasana).
