Goldie Graham

About

Goldie Graham is a cold-brew obsessed, global yoga instructor based in La Jolla, California with her husband, Brogan and their son, Lumi Cobra. Goldie spent a near decade living in Boston where she taught at the one and only Back Bay Yoga Studio. A multi-dimensional athlete herself, she draws inspiration and understanding of the body from her passion for modern and hip hop dance, long-distance running and weight training.

Goldie is known for seamlessly combining her unique sequences to a carefully crafted music playlist while keeping precision, alignment and intuitive movement paramount throughout your experience. Goldie received her yoga certification in 2008 from Yoga Tree San Francisco while studying with Stephanie Snyder, Janet Stone, Darren Main, and credits Les Leventhal as her first mentor. When she’s not teaching her local classes at Buddhi Yoga in La Jolla, you can find her traveling the globe, cold brew in hand no matter the weather, teaching workshops, retreats, teacher trainings, and at various yoga festivals. Goldie has been featured in Yoga Journal, Runner’s World, Marie Claire, The Huffington Post and was among the list of the 100 Most Influential Yoga Teachers in America.
