Emily-Clare Hill, an experienced international yoga Instructor, currently based in London. Yoga is her passion as well as her work, believing in all its qualities and lesson’s. Emily incorporates yoga into every aspect of life. First training in Vinyasa yoga with friends and teachers Vidya Heisel and Jennifer Yarro. Since then studying many practices and developmental aspects of yoga such as anatomy, myo-fascia release, deeper philosophy and psychology.
Balance and Experience two of her favourite words to live by, adoring travel, meeting and becoming a part of new communities and cultures, this is how Emily feels she learns most about this world, herself this life we are all living. After understanding many styles of practice feeling they all had something so wonderful to offer, Emily developed her won unique way to teach. Variety and intelligent creativity was what truly sparked her practice and vision. A vinyasa practice that allows freedom to find the flow and breath of Astanga, the structure of Iyengar when necessary, and the body mechanics of Anusara. A practice filled with a taste for all, Emily guides a flow filled with love and experience.
