A graduate from the dance program at Ryerson University, Christie has been a lover of movement from a very young age. She acquired her RYT 200hr in 2009 and has been both teaching and studying in Vancouver and abroad ever since. She is passionate about teaching athletes and helping them acquire better breath and body awareness through yoga. Expect some creative sequencing and great tunes from her vinyasa class. She emphasizes a strong focus on breath, alignment and offers juicy hands on and verbal cues.
