Dr. Christa Schwind has been studying South Asian Religions since 1999. She holds a PhD in Religious Studies from the University of Denver/Iliff School of Theology with a focus on Comparative Religions (and more specifically the identity of American yoga). Christa loves learning about and sharing her passion for the yoga tradition by teaching and studying both asana and philosophy. Outside of the academic and yoga realm, she also enjoys snowboarding, playing soccer, hiking, biking, dancing, and spending quality time with her family.
