Having earned her 200 hour teacher training in Integrative Yoga Therapy, Bridgette aims to connect all aspects of yoga and use proper body alignment in every class to keep us moving comfortably for years to come. Bridgette teaches ballet and yoga to children and adults across the island. After taking aerial yoga classes at the Still & Moving Center, she was so inspired by the accessibility and benefits of the practice, she took her Aerial Yoga teacher training at Still & Moving in 2013. Being such an active person, naturally, she fell in love with the restful renewal she feels in the Suspended Restorative Yoga, and which she learned with her aerial teacher training. Taking Bridgette’s classes, you may find laughter, deep relaxation, or even moments of quiet introspection. Bridgette enjoys making a class accessible to all levels.
