I have been in the running world since the age of 16 years old. It allowed me to go to places like France, Mexico, the United States because of it. It has always been such an excitement to compete around different track, roads or cross-country courses. Due to my success in the elite running and in academics, I was offered in 2009 a full scholarship to Indiana University in Bloomington where I studied Kinesiology and coaching. I couldn’t have asked for a better life experience! For the past three years, I have been practicing as a Kinesiologist, helping people with their training or preventing them from injuries. I have been part of the Lululemon family since April 2015 where I became a store Ambassador. Every week, I share my passion for running with other people in the hope to inspire them and make them grow in the running world the same way I did. In 2016, I have won the half marathon in Ottawa (1:18), the Montreal marathon (2:48), placed 5th at the 10K (35:16) National Championships, and won some other local races in Quebec. And finally, I have now my master degree in Kinesiology. I am mostly specialized in sports performance and testing. Last June, I held my first running retreat.
