Amanda is a certified personal trainer and Sports Performance Training specialist through the American Council on Exercise (ACE), and a certified run coach through USA Track and Field (USATF) and the Road Runners Club of America (RRCA). She specializes in strength training for endurance athletes and race preparation/training for runners of all levels. She is available for one-on-one training and group training.
Amanda has been a runner since childhood and has gained experience both personally and professionally in the running world. An advocate for a healthy, unified community, Amanda is the race director for two local races. She spends her free time running (often with a stroller!), hiking, spending time with family, cuddling her 4 kittens while reading a good book, drinking espresso and traveling with her husband, son and (when possible) their 2 dogs too!
