Alex is a Vancouver, BC based entrepreneur and yoga teacher. She is the founder of the Teen Girl Yoga Movement, Girlvana Yoga, the co-owner of the boutique yoga and fitness studio Distrikt Movement and the creator of Ladyvana Retreats. She is a Lululemon Ambassador, the yoga teacher for EA SPORTS app YOGIFY, and has been acknowledged by the Chamber of Commerce as one of the top Young Entrepreneurs of 2015. She is known for her sense of humour, warmth and no bullshit approach.
