Héctor was initiated in the Sivananda tradition in 2007.
Since then he has dedicated his life to sharing the teachings of his Masters with the intention of helping other people have a better quality of life. He currently lives in the city of Cancun and is a renowned teacher who offers workshops and retreats throughout the country. Every year he travels to the Bahamas to be part of the team of Hatha Yoga teachers in the Yoga Teachers’ Training Course of the Sivananda organization, one of the largest and most recognized Yoga schools in the world and it is in this place where he continues studying under the guidance of his teachers Swami Swaroopananda and Swami Brahmananda.
