I love my life and I deeply enjoy sharing what I love. Actually, not all my life I have been a nerd of nutrition and health. As a child, I suffered from severe poisoning and spent a lot of time in the hospital and in a coma. This experience changed my life. The closeness to death sensitized me and aroused curiosity about the meaning of life. What does it mean to be healthy? What does it mean to be happy?

I studied Clinical Psychology with passion and, as usual, instead of answers, I found questions. I deepened more and more on a journey of self-knowledge. I discovered that the mind and the body are completely inseparable. So I started to practice Yoga. Yoga became my life. I discovered spaces of deep peace and love, yoga opened my heart.

During my daily practice on the mat, I access my vitality, my strength, my flexibility. These tools I carry with me the rest of the day. Working with Psychology, the body and the subtle fields led me to study Integrative Body Psychotherapy. In this discipline I discovered very valuable tools to integrate my emotions, my spirit and my body.

The universe gives me Mateo, my son, my teacher and my biggest mirror. He has been my biggest motivation to continue studying and deepening in my personal development tools. I Study the career of Natural Chef, in Berkeley, California. There I learned to prepare healthy and delicious food. I studied to be a certified Health Coach at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York. I have spent most of my life discovering that inseparable relationship between body, mind, nutrition and well-being.
