Always a seeker, it is Yoga that has given Gabor that perfect balance of healthy, happy and mindful living. This enthusiasm for life is evident from the first moment you connect with him. He loves people and lives to serve others. And being a yoga teacher, life coach, husband and father of two amazing boys means that he has lots of opportunities to share!

Living a very active lifestyle from a young age he is passionate about bringing yoga into the wider community, particularly in the areas of sport and men’s health. He is inspired and excited daily by the diverse range of people he meets – business people, parents, students, athletes, teachers and many many more.

On the mat Gabor will guide you on a journey of physical, mental and spiritual discovery and growth. He has been very fortunate to be able to study with modern day masters like Jimmy Barkan, Shiva Rea and the Prana Flow tribe, Rod Stryker and Duncan Peak just to name a few.

He is inspired by both his mentors, his own personal practice and his global life journey – delivering classes infused with intelligent sequencing, mindfulness and connection to breath as a core element to the flow. Practicing with Gabor is challenging and powerful but is always balanced with warmth, compassion and a splash of humour.

Gabor is based in Melbourne at Yoga Flame, a studio he has developed with his wife Emma, where they offer yoga classes, workshops, retreats, life coaching and teacher training. He is highly regarded in the Melbourne yoga community as a leader and innovator and has contributed substantially to spreading yoga to the lives of many, many people. He is grateful to be able to live such a rich and rewarding life and to share his passion with others.
