Ben enjoys making fitness part of his lifestyle, and tries to spread his passion for health and fitness to everyone around him. The thing that Ben appreciates the most about the Hawaiian Islands is his ability to connect with nature through exercise, locally grown food, beautiful scenery, and the clarity mind that comes from a more holistic and sustainable way of life. The Hawaiian Islands have helped Ben find his true north. He hopes that he can help you along the journey to find yours.
