Sukha comes from a long line of Thai masters. She is the owner and director of Lotus Palm the largest Thai Yoga Massage Institute with the most complete and versatile Thai Massage Program in North America. She is an accomplished Licensed Massage Therapist and instructor who has been developing courses for number of years and teaches internationally.

Raised in Montreal, Canada in a multicultural society, her east meets west upbringing truly brought a special balance to her work and has had many influences in her teachings. The understanding and link between different cultures helps to enrich her personally and professionally. Her extensive travels and studies internationally has given her the opportunity to expand and offer new and exciting workshops.

She believes Thai Massage is a deep and meaningful philosophy that facilitates others in their well-being, washes away the stresses and strains of everyday living. Sukha’s ongoing commitment to the integration of body and spirit compels her to inspire others through her teachings. Her East meets West training combines safety, body alignment, anatomy base with bringing a friendly sense of balance and inner peace to stretching, mobilizations, compressing, acupressure and energy work. She is dedicated to the relaxing and spiritually nourishing art of Thai Yoga.
