Taylee Wilson

About

Taylee was initially drawn to yoga for relaxation and quickly found that the balance for mind and body were starting to come through in her personal life. She received her RYT 200-hour teaching certification and has been teaching throughout the Pittsburgh area since.

She lives for the outdoors, chasing the sun and saving animals. Her spare time is spent hiking, snowboarding, horseback riding, on the water or volunteering with the local animal shelter.

After trying SUP Yoga she knew she wanted to share it with others and started teaching for Northeast Paddleboard on the rivers and lakes of Western PA. For the past years Taylee has worked tirelessly as both an instructor and the leading SUP Yoga program architect in the Pittsburgh market, providing safe, enriching instruction to students of all levels of ability. She believes there is no better way to balance and connect the mind and body with nature.

In her teaching she hopes to share her passion and give students results for their mind, body and soul. Her classes are a blend of flow and power with a concentration on your breath, fun and clearing your mind.
